In many occasions, the regulations that rule condominiums are imprecise. This generates doubts in people living in those kinds of propertie, on how internal rules should be obey.
The problem is particularly important pertaining sanctions, because the faults are not clearly defined and there are no effective mechanisms to guarantee the paid of fines.
