The director of Facio & Cañas’ labor department, Luis Sánchez, offered weekly newspaper El Financiero an analysis on the implications of payment of the exclusiveness in labor relationships. The specialist was consulted as part of the present debate regarding the possibility contemplated by the Banco Popular of eliminating the pay of this concept to its workers.
